Welcome to the new restaurant Lamb on Konnogvardeysky Boulevard!

This is a bright project of the restaurant group, which presents a fresh look at culinary traditions of the southern regions of Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia. Our team relies on many years of experience and knowledge in the gastronomic sphere to offer you the most delicious dishes.

Unlike other legendary projects, Lamb is more affordable, accessible, youthful and casual.

Alexey Kudrin, a chef with an impressive 18-year experience in Caucasian cuisine, together with brand-chef Andrey Vlasov, is responsible for the astonishing menu. We will cook for you southern hits, Caucasian and Central Asian dishes in the current style, emphasizing meat. Pilaf, BBQ, khinkali, chebureks — all flavors and colors are reproduced as they should be: to work out the recipes we involved chiefs from different regions, studied traditions, bought authentic spices.

In the bar list you will find national and regional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that will mostly accompany with the bright character of Lamb’s cuisine.

The interior of the restaurant will please the guests aesthetically. Made in modern style, it is not overloaded with decor, but reflects originality and hospitality of countries and people from the Caucasian region. Details of juicy pomegranate color, patterns with ethnic motifs, fragments of ceramics, textured textiles, a lot of greenery — these accessories were used to make the bright and stylish image of the Lamb restaurant.
